Proposed Solution

We performed high-resolution 3D laser scanning of all machine shop equipment using FARO Focus technology to capture precise geometric data. The scanned point clouds were processed through FARO SCENE and converted into detailed as-built models and technical drawings suitable for reverse engineering applications. These comprehensive documents enabled the identification of required modifications, retrofitting specifications, and component replacement requirements with exact dimensional accuracy.
