Business Requirement
The client, an architect based in Dubai, required as-built BIM modelling across an
entire site covering landscaping, architecture, structure, and MEPF disciplines. The
scope spanned 9,000 sqm, with a tight 7-day timeline to complete the project.
Proposed Solution
We deployed multiple teams in parallel to meet the tight deadline, delivering a
complete Revit model across all disciplines along with a detailed project report and
shop drawings, completed in Revit 2024 version.
Challenges Faced
Modelling all disciplines to LOD 350 and preparing shop drawings within such a
compressed timeline was demanding. The client also raised several detailed
requirements late in the project, generating a high volume of RFIs that needed to be
resolved quickly without affecting the delivery schedule.
Outcome
We delivered exactly what the client required within the timeline, and the quality of
work led the client to award us 15+ similar projects on the spot.
