Business Requirement
The client, an architect based in Dubai, required as-built BIM modelling across an entire site covering landscaping, architecture, structure, and MEPF disciplines. The scope spanned 9,000 sqm, with a tight 7-day timeline to complete the project.
Proposed Solution
We deployed multiple teams in parallel to meet the tight deadline, delivering a complete Revit model across all disciplines along with a detailed project report and shop drawings, completed in Revit 2024 version.
Challenges Faced
Modelling all disciplines to LOD 350 and preparing shop drawings within such a compressed timeline was demanding. The client also raised several detailed requirements late in the project, generating a high volume of RFIs that needed to be resolved quickly without affecting the delivery schedule.
